Scott was AMAZING. He moved super fast and made sure that he was meeting all of our goals and getting us the most value. He helped us find vendors, etc. who could help us get on the market as soon as possible. He was incredibly responsive and moved at lightning speed. I'm 100% sure we would have had a much worse outcome with someone else. Scott was on a different level; I'm so glad we were able to get him! Cannot recommend him highly enough. THANK YOU!

I really appreciated Scott Kingan's professional eye. He went through the inside and outside of house and made great recommendations for getting the house through inspection and showings. He kept in touch well, always responding to my phone calls and texts, as well as initiating contact as needed. I've bought & sold several houses, and Scott is, by far, the most professional and friendliest agent I've ever worked with. Would highly recommend to anyone!
